Cancellation fees:
Flight Cancellation charge is applicable as per Airline Policy + Rs. 1000/- Service Charge will be Applicable.
The tour is canceled any time before 30 days after booking – 10% will be of total tour cost.
From 30 to 16 days prior to arrival date – 50% will be deducted of total tour cost.
From 15 to 8 days prior to arrival date – 75% will be deducted of total tour cost.
Cancellation prior 7 days – 100% charge of the tour price.
Refund Process
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the same method used for the original payment. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be credited back to your account.
Any bank charges, currency exchange rate differences, or transaction fees incurred during the refund process will be borne by you.
