Welcome to Srinagar, the picturesque Lake City. Upon your arrival at Srinagar Airport, embark on your 'Exotic Kashmir' tour. Your journey commences with a drive to Pahalgam, known as the 'valley of shepherds', located at the confluence of streams from the Lidder River. En route, experience the historical charm of Anantnag, named after Ananta, the great serpent of Vishnu, according to the Nilamata Purana. Upon arrival, check into your hotel in Pahalgam and freshen up. Spend your afternoon enjoying the captivating beauty of the surrounding landscapes. The day concludes with an overnight stay at your hotel in Pahalgam.
After Breakfast visit Pahalgam Local Sightseeing. First half visit Sightseeing in Phalgam by Poni Rides - Kashmir Valley, Baisaran, Waterfall, Pahalgam Valley. Post breakfast, embark on a trip to Sonmarg, also known as the 'Meadow of Gold'. Bask in the beauty of Sonmarg's local attractions, nestled in the floral Sindh Valley and surrounded by mountains. End the day with a return to your hotel in Srinagar for an overnight stay.
After breakfast and hotel checkout, dive into Srinagar's local attractions. Visit the Shankaracharya Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, offering a panoramic view of Srinagar from its hilltop location. Explore the famed Mughal Gardens, Nishat Bagh and Shalimar Bagh, located on the banks of Dal Lake. In the evening, experience a tranquil Shikara ride, a cultural symbol of Kashmir, on the Dal Lake for an hour. Finally, proceed to your unique accommodation for the night – a houseboat on Dal Lake. Check into the houseboat and enjoy some leisure time in the evening. Your day concludes with an overnight stay on the houseboat.
After breakfast and check out from the houseboat, if time allows, engage in some local sightseeing and shopping in Srinagar. Pay a visit to Hazratbal Masjid, also known as Dargah Sharif, a revered Muslim shrine in Srinagar.
